Hey, I had a similar webgl problem where it was stuck at 90% loading. My fix to it was to go to player settings - publishing settings - compression format - disabled and it seemed to work. Not sure if it is the same problem but i figured i'd at least give a helping hand :)
Thanks for the suggestion but I've had that problem too and now I always disable the compression
